Easy, no bake recipe made with eight all natural ingredients. Make these amazing peanut butter chocolate energy balls for a healthy treat!
Ingredients
Energy Ball:
- 1/2 cup of dates
- 1 Tbsp. peanut butter of nut butter of choice
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 3 Tbsp. water
- 4 Tbsp. almond flour
- 5 Tbsp. oats
- 1 Tbsp. hemp seeds
Chocolate Coating:
- 1 Tbsp. cocoa powder
- 1 Tbsp. coconut oil melted
- 2 Tbsp maple syrup
Instructions

First, you’ll need to soak your dates in hot water for ten minutes to soften them.

Next, in a food processor blend together peanut butter, almond flour, oats, water, hemp seeds, and dates until a sticky dough forms.

Then, rolls dough into balls, place the balls on a cookie sheet and pop in the freezer for 30 minutes.

In a small saucepan heat coconut oil until melted. Add cocoa powder and maple syrup.

Dip each energy ball into the chocolate and roll until coated completely

Place the energy balls back in the freezer for 10-15 minutes until the chocolate hardens.
