Blueberry Lavender Rolls

Combine blueberries, lemon zest, lemon juice, brown sugar, lavender, and corn starch to a small sauce pan.

Cook on medium heat untill a thick compote forms. Then remove the sauce pan from the heat.

Once the dough has risen, roll out into a rectangle about 1/2" thick. Cover the dough with a layer of vegan butter

Sprinkle an even layer of brown sugar and cinnamon on top of the butter.

Evenly spread the bluberry lavender compote on top leaving 1/2" around all edges. Begin rolling the dough into a tube shape starting at the long edge of the rectangle and rolling tightly.

Cut the dough into 8 slices and place into a greased baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 min.

Combine powdered sugar, vanilla extract, lavender, and oatmilk to form a glaze, and cover the hot rolls. Enjoy!
